Complementary tea & coffee is available for our guests in the stable facilities along with a 50 inch TV with a selection of DVDs during your stay for those wet rainy days or just to pass the time while your horses are taking timeout from travelling.

🚫HOUSE Rules🚫
- Park your float/truck in designated area that has been allocated for you depending on length of vehicle.
- Leave facilities clean and tidy.
- Respect other guests and animal's personal space, belongings and privacy.
- Be courteous of your noise levels (quiet after 10pm).
- All rubbish to be disposed of in provided rubbish bins or taken with you.
- Pick up manure after your horses and dispose of in trailer/bins provided.
- Ensure power points and lights are turned off after use.
- Taps turned off properly (water is metered here).
- Smokers to only smoke in designated area and all butts deposed of in ashtray provided.
- Return DVDs to correct cases and shelf once finished watching.
- Do not go beyond designated Trot On Inn Picton area.

- Trot On Inn Picton has a 24/7 camera surveillance system for your safety and security.
- Management has taken all possible measures to provide a safe & clean environment for you and your horses to stay.
- The safety and well being is the owner/handlers responsibility therefore all care and no responsibility will be taken for any injuries/illness for you, your horse/horses or property during your stay.
- First aid basic kit is available on request.
- Horses should have been wormed prior to stay.
- Stallions have to be accompanied by owner/handler at all times during their stay.
- Any suspected or current contagious conditions that could affect other animals must be disclosed prior to arrival.
- Any damage you or your horses cause on/to the property may be charged to you in accordance of event and at the discretion of Trot On Inn Picton.
